Rozgaar Setu means “bridge to employment”. We're building the simplest way for India's workers to find jobs — and for businesses to find the right people.
Why we exist
Most of India's workforce — drivers, helpers, electricians, cooks, guards, packers, machine operators — finds work through word of mouth, agents or long queues. Job websites were built for people with resumes, degrees and email addresses. That leaves out the people who keep the country running.
